It's Monday

When I went into Emma's class for Nikolaus, the teacher explained to me that the kids had missed their running around time that day because of Nikolaus' visit. He said he had to "wear them out a bit." It was a fun thing to watch.

 
They were doing jumping jacks as they spelled their list of spelling words for the week. When they finished a word, a child would call out a new word and they would spell that one. My girls are such physical learners so it seemed like a great game to me, and all the kids were loving it.
